What this actually involves

This is the biggest single job we do and the one people put off longest. A yard with a season of backlog is not a scooping job, it is an excavation, and it is the reason the one-time cleanup includes the deodorizing and sanitizing treatment rather than charging for it separately.

We grid the property rather than wander it. Fence line first, then beds and foundation, then under decks and behind structures, then the open lawn in overlapping passes. Anything with a season on it comes up too.

When we are finished the yard gets treated with lawn deodorizer and sanitizer, which handles the part scooping cannot — the smell that has soaked into the turf and the ground where the piles have been sitting.

Is this the right one?

This service is a good fit for

  • Before a party, a graduation or a family visit
  • Before a house goes on the market or a tenant moves out
  • Spring, after a winter of nobody going out there
  • A first visit before starting a weekly plan
How it works

How it works, start to finish

01

Tell us about your yard

Send your address, how many dogs you have, and how often you want us. Takes about a minute. We come back with a flat weekly price — no walk-through required.

02

We scoop on a schedule

Same day every week, gate latched behind us, tools disinfected between yards. You do not need to be home. Friendly dogs can stay out with us; protective ones just need to be inside.

03

It leaves with us

Every pile is bagged and hauled off your property. You get a text when the yard is done. Then you go outside and think about literally anything else.

Questions

Questions about one-time yard cleanup

How much is a one-time dog poop cleanup?

A one-time cleanup is $99.99 for a standard lot and includes a lawn deodorizer and sanitizer treatment. Very large properties or yards with extreme backlog are quoted individually — send a photo and we will price it before we come out.

Do I have to sign up for a plan afterwards?

No. Plenty of people book one cleanup a year and handle the rest themselves. There is no upsell attached and no subscription starts automatically. If you do want weekly service after, the rate is the same as anyone else pays.

How bad is too bad?

There is no too bad. We have cleaned yards that had not been touched in over a year. Nobody is judging your yard — it is genuinely the thing we do all day. Send a photo if you want a firm number rather than a range.

How long does a one-time cleanup take?

A standard lot with a few months of backlog usually takes 45 to 90 minutes. A large property or a year of accumulation can take half a day. We book it as a window rather than a slot so the job gets finished properly.

What is the deodorizer and sanitizer actually doing?

Scooping removes the waste but not what has soaked into the turf and soil underneath. The treatment neutralizes the odor compounds at ground level and sanitizes the spots where piles were sitting. It is what makes the yard smell finished rather than just look finished.

Do it in this order: clear all waste first, then rake out matted thatch, then check drainage and compaction, then flush urine spots, then overseed, then treat for odor. Seeding or treating before the waste is cleared wastes both the seed and the treatment.
