What we collect

When you request a quote or book service we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the number of dogs you have, and any notes you add about your yard. If you become a customer we also hold your service schedule and billing information.

Our website may collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — through third-party analytics tools.

Website forms

When you send a quote request, it goes straight from this website to our customer management system (HighLevel). The website itself does not store it. Along with what you type, the form sends which page you were on, how you first arrived at our site (for example the search engine, website or ad that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link), and how many pages you viewed. Our website keeps that last part in your own browser until you submit a form or clear your browser data; it is not sent anywhere unless you submit a form.

What we use it for

To quote your yard, schedule and route your service, contact you about visits, invoice you, and answer your questions. We use your phone number to send arrival and completion texts if you have asked for them.

Text messages

By providing your phone number you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from PawsPooPatrol LLC at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; replying STOP will not cancel your service, but it will mean you stop receiving visit notifications.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers we need to run the business — for example payment processing, scheduling software and email delivery — and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Retention

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at hello@pawspoopatrol.com or (317) 759-4500. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
