The older Franklin lots are a genuinely different job. Century-old properties with mature planting, deep beds, brick paths and fences that predate anyone measuring anything. There is more to search and more places to miss, and yards like these are where a rushed operator leaves half of it behind.
The newer developments toward the north side of town off US-31 are conventional suburban lots and are quick, tidy visits.
Because Franklin is at the outer edge of the route we run it on a set day rather than flexibly. That is fine for recurring service. For a one-time cleanup, give us a few extra days of notice than a Greenwood customer would need.
