Where Paws Poo Patrol scoops

Our routes are built around Johnson County and the Southside of Marion County, reaching out to the edges of Morgan and Hancock. Close-together routes are how we show up on the same day, week after week.

Why the route matters more than the map

A tight route holds its schedule. A stretched one does not.

Paws Poo Patrol is based right here on the Southside of Indianapolis, and that's where we're building our routes first.

As a growing local company, our priority isn't covering the biggest possible service area. It's providing consistent, reliable service to the customers we already serve.

Our routes currently focus on Johnson County and Southside Indianapolis communities including Perry Township, Southport, Homecroft, Beech Grove, Franklin Township and Wanamaker. Keeping our routes concentrated means less time driving between stops, more predictable schedules and a better chance of being where we said we'd be, week after week.

As Paws Poo Patrol grows, our service area will grow with it. Our goal is to eventually serve the greater Indianapolis area, including the Northside — but we'll expand responsibly, building routes that allow us to maintain the same level of dependable service.

We'd rather grow the right way than grow too fast.

Local isn't just where we're based. It's how we're building the business.

Questions

Service area questions

What areas do you cover?

Southside Indianapolis and the Johnson County side: Greenwood, Center Grove, Bargersville, Whiteland, New Whiteland, Franklin and Trafalgar, plus Southport, Homecroft, Perry Township, Beech Grove, Franklin Township and Wanamaker in Marion County. Camby, Mooresville and New Palestine sit at our boundaries.

Do you serve the north side of Indianapolis?

Not yet. Right now our routes are focused on Johnson County and Southside Indianapolis, because keeping them close together is what lets us show up on the same day every week. As Paws Poo Patrol grows, our goal is to serve the greater Indianapolis area, including the Northside — and we will expand in a way that keeps that same dependable service.

I am just outside your area. Will you still come?

Ask. For a residential yard slightly outside the boundary we will give you a straight answer about whether we can hold a consistent schedule. For commercial and HOA work we will travel further, because the route economics are different.
