On the ground in New Palestine
What New Palestine yards are actually like
New Palestine yards tend to be large, open and bordered by farmland, which brings a specific issue — a lot of these dogs range further and the serviced area needs agreeing up front.
We run New Palestine on the same day as Franklin Township and Wanamaker. Because it is at the boundary, scheduling is fixed rather than flexible and we take fewer new customers here than in the core route.
If you are east of New Palestine, ask anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can service you properly or whether you would be better with somebody closer.

Questions
Dog poop removal in New Palestine — your questions
Is New Palestine inside your service area?
It is at the northeastern boundary. We service 46163 on our Franklin Township day, but scheduling is fixed rather than flexible and we take fewer new customers here. Send your address and we will confirm before you plan around it.
How much does dog poop removal cost in New Palestine?
Weekly service in New Palestine starts at $16.99 with our Good Dog plan, $21.99 for Top Dog and $27.99 for Best In Show. Every plan covers 1–4 dogs on a lot up to 1/8 acre; larger yards are quoted individually. A one-time cleanup is $99.99 and includes a lawn deodorizer and sanitizer treatment. There is no contract and no start-up fee.
Do I need to be home when you come to my New Palestine yard?
No. As long as we can reach the yard and any protective dogs are inside, we come through the gate, work the whole property, latch up behind us and text you a photo of the latched gate when it is finished. Most of our New Palestine customers are at work during their visit.
How soon can you start in New Palestine?
Usually within a week. If your yard needs an initial cleanup before regular service begins we schedule that first, which in New Palestine is typically a few days out depending on the season. Spring is our busiest stretch, so book earlier in March.
What do you do with the waste?
It leaves with us. Everything is double-bagged, loaded into the truck and disposed of off your property. Nothing goes into your trash can, which matters most in summer when a week of collected waste sitting by the back door recreates the problem you hired us to solve.
