One-Time Yard Cleanup
One visit, whole yard, no subscription. Includes the deodorizing and sanitizing treatment.
$99.99 including deodorizer and sanitizerScooping removes what is on the grass. Deodorizing handles what has soaked into it. If your yard is clean and still announces itself when it gets warm, this is the missing step.
Odor in a dog yard does not come from the piles you can see. It comes from what has already gone into the thatch and the top inch of soil — urine salts and residue that build up in the spots your dogs use most, usually a strip along the fence and a patch near the back door.
A deodorizing and sanitizing treatment works at that level. It neutralizes the compounds rather than covering them, and it sanitizes the ground where waste has been sitting. The effect is most obvious in July and August, when Indiana humidity turns a mild smell into a reason nobody sits outside.
Most customers run it as an occasional refresh — early summer, after a stretch of heavy rain, or before hosting. It is included at no extra charge with every one-time and spring cleanup, and Best In Show plan customers get a quarterly treatment as part of the plan.
Send your address, how many dogs you have, and how often you want us. Takes about a minute. We come back with a flat weekly price — no walk-through required.
Same day every week, gate latched behind us, tools disinfected between yards. You do not need to be home. Friendly dogs can stay out with us; protective ones just need to be inside.
Every pile is bagged and hauled off your property. You get a text when the yard is done. Then you go outside and think about literally anything else.

The treatments we use are pet-safe once dry. We tell you the exact wait time on the day, which is usually short. Keep dogs off the treated area until then and there is nothing further to manage.
For most yards, several weeks. It depends on dog count, rainfall and how much sun the yard gets. Customers with heavy-use small yards tend to repeat it monthly through summer and skip it entirely in winter.
No, and we would rather be straight about that. Deodorizing handles smell and sanitation, not lawn repair. Yellow spots are nitrogen burn from urine and need watering, aeration or overseeding to recover.
Not usually. Weekly scooping keeps most yards from developing a smell in the first place. Deodorizing is for small yards, multi-dog households, and the stretch of high summer when weekly alone is not quite enough.
Yes. Dog waste is high in nitrogen and, concentrated in one spot, it burns the grass beneath it — the classic yellow patch with a darker green ring. Urine causes the same damage faster. Neither is fertilizer: dog waste is too acidic and too concentrated, and it takes about a year to break down.
Send your address, how many dogs you have, and how often you want us. That is everything we need for a firm weekly price.
