Same day every week, gate latched behind us, tools disinfected between yards. You do not need to be home. Friendly dogs can stay out with us; protective ones just need to be inside.

Can you invoice a property management company?
Yes. We invoice on account for property managers handling multiple units and can consolidate several addresses onto one bill. Tell us how you want it split and we will match your process.
Can you do it before the walk-through?
That is the whole point. Give us the walk-through date and we schedule ahead of it. For turnovers on the Southside we can usually get out within two or three business days.
Do you provide proof the yard was cleaned?
On request we send before-and-after photos with a timestamp, which is generally what settles a deposit dispute. There is no charge for it.
