How it works
No site visit, no sales call, no contract. Send an address and a dog count, get a price, pick a day. Then stop thinking about it.
The whole process
Tell us about your yard
Send your address, how many dogs you have, and how often you want us. Takes about a minute. We come back with a flat weekly price — no walk-through required.
We scoop on a schedule
Same day every week, gate latched behind us, tools disinfected between yards. You do not need to be home. Friendly dogs can stay out with us; protective ones just need to be inside.
It leaves with us
Every pile is bagged and hauled off your property. You get a text when the yard is done. Then you go outside and think about literally anything else.
What a visit actually involves
We'll text you 20–30 minutes before we arrive so you have time to secure your dogs. Protective or aggressive dogs must be removed from the area being serviced. Friendly dogs can remain in the yard while we work.
Then we work the whole property, not just the obvious middle. We start with the fence lines, then work along the foundation, through mulch beds, under decks, behind sheds, and into the corner your dog has claimed that nobody ever checks. The open lawn comes last.
For the open lawn, we use a crisscross pattern to ensure complete coverage from multiple directions, so nothing gets missed. Everything is double-bagged as we go.
Your gate is part of the job
Before we leave, every gate is checked and securely latched. We know an unsecured gate can turn a routine yard service into a very serious problem, so we don't leave it to chance.
When the service is complete, we'll text you a photo of the secured gate. It gives you a simple visual confirmation that we've finished the job and the property is secured before we leave.
Our tools are disinfected before we move to the next property, because fecal-borne parasites can spread between dogs through contaminated equipment.
You'll receive a completion text along with your secured-gate photo. That's the whole thing.
Whatever plan you are on
It leaves with us
Double-bagged, into the truck, disposed of off your property. Nothing goes into your trash can — which matters most in July.
You need not be home
As long as we can reach the yard. Friendly dogs can stay out; protective dogs just need to be inside. Most of our customers are at work during their visit.
Year-round
Routes run in every season, weather permitting. When conditions are hazardous we reschedule — and you are never charged twice.
Cancel with a text
No contract, no start-up fee, no cancellation fee. Skip a week for a vacation and pick up the next one.
Do you provide service during bad weather?
Yes! Paws Poo Patrol provides year-round pet waste removal services, weather permitting. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean yard throughout the year, and we make every effort to provide consistent, reliable service regardless of the season.
Rain. A little rain won't stop us! We continue our regularly scheduled routes during normal rainy conditions, provided it's safe to do so.
Lightning & severe weather. The safety of our team, customers and the public is our number one priority. We closely monitor weather conditions and follow all applicable local safety regulations and emergency directives during severe weather events. When conditions become hazardous, services will be temporarily suspended and rescheduled as soon as it is safe to resume operations.
Snow. Light snowfall generally won't prevent us from completing your cleanup. However, heavy snow accumulation can make it difficult to locate and remove pet waste effectively. In these situations, we'll reschedule your visit when conditions improve.
Ice. When yards, walkways or other service areas become dangerously icy, we'll postpone service until conditions are safe for our team.
Winter service. Dog waste doesn't disappear during the colder months. Freezing temperatures can actually preserve it, leading to an unpleasant buildup when spring arrives. Regular winter cleanups help minimize that accumulation and keep your yard cleaner throughout the season.
Our commitment to you. We understand that reliability matters. If weather conditions prevent us from completing your scheduled service, we'll communicate any changes and make every reasonable effort to reschedule your visit as soon as conditions safely allow. You will never be charged twice for a rescheduled service.
Scheduling and weather
Do you work in the rain?
Yes. A little rain won't stop us — we run our regular routes in normal rainy conditions, provided it is safe. Lightning, severe weather, heavy snow and ice are different: we suspend service when conditions are hazardous and reschedule as soon as it is safe. You will never be charged twice for a rescheduled visit.
Do you service through the winter?
Yes, year-round. Cold weather does not break dog waste down, it preserves it — everything left in an Indiana yard from December sits there until the March thaw and then arrives all at once. Winter service is what prevents the biggest cleanup of the year.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Text us and we skip it, with no fee. Vacations, a week away, a stretch where the dogs were at a sitter — just let us know and we pick up the following week.
Can I switch between weekly and bi-weekly?
Any time, at no charge. Plenty of customers run bi-weekly from November through March and weekly from April through October, when Indiana heat and rain speed everything up.
What about my dogs while you are working?
Friendly dogs are welcome to stay in the yard while we work — we love having a little company! If your dog is territorial, aggressive or uncomfortable around unfamiliar people, we ask that they be secured indoors or in another area of the property during service. For everyone's safety, we also ask that dogs be kept away from gates while they are being opened or closed. We always check and securely latch every gate before leaving your property. Your pets' safety is a priority, and we treat your yard with the same care we would our own.
Do you clean your tools between yards?
Yes, tools are disinfected between every property. Fecal-borne parasites and viruses move between dogs through exactly this route, so it is a health measure rather than a courtesy.
Do you scoop the whole yard or just the lawn?
The whole property. Fence lines, along the foundation, under decks, mulch beds, behind sheds, and the corner your dog has picked that nobody ever checks. Scooping only the open lawn leaves the harborage areas untouched, which is where the pest problems start.
Send us your address and we will send you a price
Address, number of dogs, how often you want us. That is the whole form. Most quotes go out the same day, and there is no contract at the end of it.
