Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by PawsPooPatrol LLC ("we", "us"), a pet waste removal service operating in Southside Indianapolis, Indiana.

Service and scheduling

Recurring customers are assigned a fixed service day. We make every reasonable effort to hold that day. Weather, vehicle issues and route changes can occasionally move a visit; where that happens we will let you know.

We do not service yards in conditions that make the work unsafe or ineffective, including lightning, ice, and snow deep enough to conceal waste. Visits affected in this way are rescheduled rather than billed twice.

Yard access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the service area, including any gate code or key we need. Friendly dogs may remain in the yard during service; dogs that are territorial, aggressive or uncomfortable around unfamiliar people must be secured indoors or in an area away from where we are working. Please keep dogs away from gates while they are being opened or closed. We check and latch gates on departure, but we cannot be responsible for gates or fencing that are damaged, faulty, or left open by others.

If we arrive and cannot safely access the yard — a locked gate, an unsecured dog, or an obstruction — we may bill for the visit, because the route slot has been used.

Pricing and payment

Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance. Monthly rates are calculated on a 52-week year. One-time cleanups are due on completion. Commercial and HOA accounts are invoiced according to the terms in their service agreement.

Quoted prices assume the yard is substantially as described. If the property or the amount of accumulated waste differs materially from what was described, we will contact you with a revised price before proceeding.

Initial cleanup

Yards with significant accumulated waste may require a one-time initial cleanup, quoted separately, before recurring service begins. We will tell you this before your first visit, not after.

Cancellation

There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You may pause, skip or cancel recurring service by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part-months.

Satisfaction

If we miss something, contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return and put it right at no charge.

Limitations

We provide pet waste removal and related yard treatment services. We are not a lawn care, landscaping, pest control or veterinary service, and nothing we do should be treated as a substitute for veterinary advice or for vaccination. Deodorizing and sanitizing treatments reduce odor and surface contamination; they do not sterilize soil or turf and no such claim is made.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
